- Connect customer workflows to Spark CRM, Nova™, and Spark Website in tailored demonstrations.
- Work with engineering to define integration needs and practical implementation plans.
- Coach sales engineers and turn customer insights into better product guidance.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading enterprise sales engineering or solutions architecture.
- A strong understanding of APIs, data models, and CRM workflows.
- The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to business and engineering audiences.
- Curiosity about solar operations and a thoughtful approach to customer discovery.
Bring the product to life for solar teams. Understand how they work, demonstrate relevant workflows, and help them evaluate the right path forward.
What you’ll work on
- Run discovery and product walkthroughs grounded in a prospect’s actual workflow.
- Explore project tracking, commissions, automation, and connected customer conversations.
- Document integration questions and coordinate technical answers with engineering.
- Share patterns from evaluations with product and customer teams.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in technical sales, implementation, or solutions consulting.
- Confidence working with web APIs, software configuration, and customer data.
- Clear presentation skills and careful, active listening.
- An interest in learning how solar businesses sell and deliver projects.
Make complex problems easier to solve. Help customers understand their platform, investigate issues with care, and give engineering the context to fix the underlying cause.
What you’ll work on
- Investigate workflow, data, and integration issues with clear reproduction steps.
- Keep customers informed with useful explanations and practical next steps.
- Partner with engineering on fixes and verify the customer experience.
- Improve documentation and tools that make common questions easier to resolve.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in technical support, customer engineering, or software development.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, and browser debugging.
- A methodical approach to APIs, authentication, and event-driven workflows.
- Empathy, clear writing, and a habit of following problems through to resolution.
