Spark CRM was born from necessity in 2024 when our founders, former solar sales executives, experienced firsthand the frustration of trying to adapt generic CRM platforms to the unique workflows of the solar industry. After struggling with disconnected systems and manual processes that slowed growth and created customer friction, they set out to build the solution they wished they had.

Starting with a small team of solar industry veterans and software engineers, we designed a platform that truly understands the solar sales journey—from initial lead capture through proposal generation, financing, permitting, and installation tracking. What began as an internal tool for a regional solar installer has evolved into the industry's leading purpose-built CRM platform, serving hundreds of solar businesses across North America.
